To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must also be in its original packaging, along with any accessories or free gifts that were included.


To initiate a return, you must contact us within 3 - 7 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item(s) is not in its original condition, or if the 7-day timeframe has passed.


To initiate a return, please send an email to with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.


Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item(s) is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund may take 3-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.


The customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the item(s). We recommend using our tracking software to track shipping service for your own protection, and requests for a tracking as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages.


The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items that have been damaged due to customer misuse
